  We are committed to providing a transparent and fair experience for all our students. If you find that the batch does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund subject to the terms outlined below.

  1. Eligibility Window

  Refund requests must be initiated strictly within 7 days of your enrollment or the official batch start date, whichever is later.

  Requests made after this 7-day period will not be entertained under any circumstances.

  2. Refund Amount and Deductions

  Eligible students will receive a refund of 90% of the total fee paid.

  A standard deduction of 10% is applied to cover non-refundable payment gateway charges and application/platform maintenance fees 

  incurred during your enrollment.

  3. How to Request a RefundTo initiate a refund, you must contact our support or management team to request the official Refund Request Form.

  Refunds will only be processed if submitted through this official form. Verbal requests or messages on other platforms will not be considered valid.

  4. Processing Timeline

  Once your Refund Request Form is submitted and approved, please allow 20 to 30 working days for the amount to be credited back to you.

  The funds will be returned to the original payment method used during enrollment.

  5. Terms of Cancellation

  Upon approval of the refund, your access to the batch, live classes, application portal, and any associated study materials will be immediately revoked.
